KT Marina in Kai Tak, developed by K Wah International (0173), Wheelock Properties, and China Overseas Land & Investment (0688), has released its fourth price list for 108 units.

The developers also planed to put 38 units up for sale on Saturday at the earliest. These flats with discounts of up to 34 percent include seven one-bedroom units, 28 two-bedroom units and three flats with three bedrooms.

The cheapest one-bedroom unit offers 305 square foot of usable space at a discounted price of HK$5.09 million, or HK$16,682 per sq ft.

The cheapest two-bedroom unit, with a usable area of 430 sq ft, is asking for HK$7.29 million after discounts, or HK$16,949 per sq ft.
